
TRAINING TRANSFER & DESIGN
Training Transfer & Design exposed us to the different methodologies used to train a group of employees. We learned how to assess what training could be beneficial to an organization based on a problem or need for solution, and what form of training would best suit different groups of trainees.

The Needs Assessment was an opportunity to speak with an actual organization to see if added training for a certain role would benefit the organization. We were able to contact the business, conduct an interview where we asked questions about any elements of their jobs that needed improvement, and strategize on if increased training would be beneficial, and if so how best to go about the training.

The Training Evaluation allowed us to create an evaluation form for a training workshop that we were to host ourselves. The form gave participants opportunity to rate what they liked about the workshop, as well as what could be improved.
