LABOUR RELATIONS

Labour Relations focused on analyzing the relationships between employees, and employees and employers. Much of this unit was spent dealing with Union issues, we performed multiple simulations related to Arbitration and Collective Bargaining but did not do as much written work as in other units.

The Sexual Harassment Policy was a policy created for a fictional company to deal with sexual harassment issues. We touched on both the organizational and social responsibilities of having such a policy in place.
