TRAINING DELIVERY & EVALUATION

Training Delivery & Evaluation taught us how to deliver training to employees and assess the effectiveness of the training afterwards.

Most of this unit was demonstrated through the workshops we created and facilitated. A copy of the workshop can be found in the "Major Projects" section.

The Learning Contract was created to show how employees could commit to learning certain outcomes through training to ensure that those outcomes were met. The contract was created with outcomes from our own training workshops that we facilitated for our classmates.
