PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Program Development showed us how to create different programs within the organization - with an emphasis on orientation programs.

The Orientation Checklist assignment was a precursor to a larger onboarding project. The checklist covers everything important to a successful orientation program, creating a timeline to be followed.

The Privacy Policy was created to inform employees of their rights in regards to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This would be issued to employees as part of the organization's orientation & onboarding program.
