DIVERSITY & HUMAN RIGHTS

Diversity & Human rights taught us how to address the eclectic work force of today's modern society and the importance of respect for each employees rights. We learned about the relevant legislation on human rights in the workplace as well as accommodation strategies for employees that may face  different challenges.

The Employment Equity Policy was created for a fictional company to highlight issues of inequity in regards to different identified minority groups and address this though company policy.

The Employment Equity Communication was an extension of the policy where we designed a communication method for the policy, based on the size and culture of our fictional company.
