STRATEGY & PLANNING
The Strategy & Planning unit gave an overview of how Human Resources can help the strategic goal of an organization, and how proper planning can keep the organization running smoothly.
Defining Corporate Culture had me analyze an existing workplace and extract what made that organization's culture unique. I was able to pinpoint the successful elements, as well as the challenges faced, to get an overview of how an existing organization functions.

In Human Resource Planning, I was able to calculate the costs for different circumstances, such as time off and succession planning. This was helpful to equate common organizational challenges to dollar amounts.
