Selection and Retention gave us insight on how to select the best candidates for the job, and how to retain them. We looked at what makes candidates ideal for different roles in different organizations, and what forms of compensation & benefits mattered most to different groups of employees.

The Employment Contract had us create a form to cover all necessary information when bringing on new hires. The form covered all topics and details that the employer and the employee would need to agree to as the individual accepted the job.

The Reference Check Guideline assignment was created as a form to assist with reference checks for potential hires. Employers must take careful consideration when performing these checks to obtain all necessary information to make an informed decision about the candidate.
