The Auditing unit gave us an in depth look at how to analyze the finances of an organization to see where excessive spending occurs in relation to employees. These calculations helped us to see how to efficiently manage the needs of our employees as well as our organization.

The Costing Turnover assignment showed us just how expensive employee turnover can be for an organization, and what can be done to minimize these costs.

The Utility Analysis of Selection assignment showed us the costs of different selection methods and how to decide which method works best under different circumstances.
