
MAJOR PROJECTS
This section includes the major projects we completed during the school year. With the exception of the training workshop which was completed individually, these projects were completed in teams over the course of a few weeks.

The Behavioural Descriptive Interview with Competency Scale was created as a method of evaluating candidates in an interview. We developed a scale based on the competencies we wanted to rate each candidate on, allowing them to exhibit varying levels of each competency based on their answers to the questions we asked them.

The Orientation and Onboarding Program was developed as a tool to be used when hiring new employees and integrating them into their positions. We worked with a local dance studio - Maritime Dance Academy, assessing their needs and tailoring the program to their organizational culture.
