Talent & Performance Management focused on how to get the most out of employees, through setting metrics and following through with strategies for improvement.

The Action Plan had us create a strict plan for improvement in one or more areas with an employee that is lacking in some area related to their job. By setting clear goals and obtaining commitment to improving, we created a system that allows for easy and transparent improvement.

The Setting Standards assignment had us creating standards for employees to abide by in a fictional workplace. Clearly setting expectations through standards allowed us to pinpoint what desirable and undesirable performance would be.
